What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The minimum order is 10 units per style.

Can I design my own blanks from scratch?

Yes, you can. In Stitch Lab you choose fit, fabric, colors, finishes, labels and more. The process is simple even if you are not an expert.

What do I need to get started?

If you are only making your own blanks, you don't need anything. Simply head to Stitch Lab.

If you would like to receive full service options, contact us through email or go above and complete the contact us form.

How much does it cost?

Cost depends on fabric, details, and quantity, and pricing works the same whether you go blanks only or full service.

If you already have a techpack ready, just email it to us and we'll send you an exact quote.

If you need help creating one, we build techpacks for €50, which includes 3 revisions (additional revisions are €10 each). That fee gets fully credited back to your order once you move into production.

Terms & Conditions

Orders & Approval1. All products are custom-made. Orders are only accepted once a deposit is received.
2. Clients must approve all design files, mockups, or samples before production.
3. Once approved, Ashtray Studio is not responsible for errors in design, logos, or details provided by the client.

Production1. Manufacturing begins only after confirmation and payment of the deposit.2. Standard industry tolerances apply:
Size variation: up to 2 cm.
Color variation: slight differences due to fabric, dye lots, or screen settings.
Print/sewing alignment: small shifts may occur.3. These tolerances are not considered defects.

Payments1. A deposit of 50% is required to start production.
2. The balance must be paid before shipment.
3. Payments are non-refundable once production has started.

Intellectual Property1. Clients retain rights to their own artwork, logos, and designs.
2. Ashtray Studio retains ownership of its patterns, base garments, and production methods. Clients may only use them for products manufactured by Ashtray Studio.

Delivery & Shipping1. Delivery times are estimates only. Delays due to customs, shipping carriers, or external factors are outside our control.
2. Risk of goods passes to the client once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Quality & Claims1. All goods are inspected before shipment.
2. Claims regarding defects must be made within 7 days of receiving goods.
3. Ashtray Studio’s liability is limited to either replacing, or refunding the defective part of the order, at its discretion.

Liability1. Ashtray Studio is not liable for indirect damages (such as lost revenue, brand reputation, or missed sales opportunities).
2. Maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order.

Governing Law1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Latvia.
2. Any disputes will be settled under Latvian jurisdiction.
